  1. It’s legal if:
    1) it’s her PERSONAL account, not an official account; and
    2) she never uses it to promote OFFICIAL activities (like meetings or rallies), which would make it tantamount to an official account.
    Perhaps one of her oppositional constituents with an X account coulf research this.
