Mexico demands investigation into US military-grade weapons being used by drug cartels [More]

Yul…?

Not really.

Here’s an idea: Require all U.S. arms supplied to Mexican government agencies to be accounted for on an annual basis. They do have lists of who they were assigned to, right?

And while you’re at it, close the border.

  1. Isn’t it patently obvious that the Cartels are getting belt-fed machine guns, fully-automatic rifles, grenade launchers, and the like from all of those rogue FFLs, the ones that are also making those tiny mistakes on Form 4473s and thus getting righteously run out of business by our noble BATF? Everyone KNOWS that, because of the 2nd Amendment, anyone can waltz into their local gun store and come out with an M240 or an M2 and several cases of armor-piercing ammunition for same without a background check, right? Wait. . . maybe these REAL ‘military-grade’ weapons are coming from the US Government, as ‘aide’ to Mexico, with a short stop in a Mexican government armory, or from a deserting soldier, or from a corrupt police agency? Naaah. . . .

  2. I think we should make a deal that they investigate and account for every single person who escapes over their border into America in exchange for us looking into guns their crooked government sold to the cartels.
