    The best way for any government agency to safeguard citizens’ personal data is for the agency not to collect it in the first place.

  2. Each breach of ‘secure’ systems, attempts at such or detected ‘hostile’ probes just gives .gov more ammo for coming bars to, restrictions on and total observation of our use of the glorious tools of the interwebbed ai knowledge economy.
    I do appreciate improvising and overcoming but don’t see an effective workaround for .gov tyranny just yet.
