FEDGOV or SATAN take your pick, IDs wind up toy FEDGOV/SATAN funds arms trains programs wind up toy FEDGOV/SATAN notifies FEDGOV/SATAN (see Operation Mockingbird, Operation Cointelpro etc etc etc) that on date x time y windup toy will execute its programming. On date x time y wind up toy executes its programming.
In my time at The University of Florida, there was not one on campus shooting. Not one single shooting in four years. Not even a negligent discharge. And keep in mind, this was in Florida, AKA “The Gunshine State.” Our Sigma Nu fraternity house, lovingly (or not) referred to by everyone on campus as “Sigma Zoo” was likely the model for the “Delta” house in the movie “Animal House.” You would think …
But NO, not even at Sigma Zoo.
