I’m happy to report that the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Judge Reed O’Connor, in the case of Defense Distributed vs Blanche, has just issued a fantastic opinion in favor of Defense Distributed and the Second Amendment Foundation … specifically finding that Defense Distributed has standing to challenge various Second Amendment issues, including gun control laws … and that the Second Amendment Foundation… has standing to sue on behalf of its members under the doctrine of what is known as associational standing.
