It’s called Cysticercosis. It happens from eating uncooked/undercooked meat, postal pork. It’s prevalent in third world country including Mexico. When I was seeing patients in LA County I would see it occasionally. It shows up clearly on a CT scan of the brain. The most common symptoms include headaches. While not good there are worse parasites to acquire.
