It is unclear if the gun was loaded or if the gun’s owner is facing criminal charges.

Maybe the traveler forgot it was there?

  1. I call fowl here….. if this really happehed, TSA would be gloating over the arrest of the bird’s mistress, citing the sections of statue violated. Instead they resort to embedding as many smack my head puns as can be crammed into this too-short story.

    I think this is either a hoax entirely or someone at TSA desparately attempting to placate the masses in anticipation of heavy hoiday travel. NO WAY could they let escape a jailbird smuggling real firearms like this.
