I wish them luck, but as the Hawaii Supreme Court has already declared that “the Spirit of Aloha” precludes the 2nd Amendment on the islands, I expect their amicus won’t be worth the paper it’s printed on.
The contempt of the Constitution is so strong that if SCOTUS is serious about upholding the 2nd Amendment, they’ll have to activate the U.S. Marshals to detain every one of those Hawaii Justices.
