It amazes me that they can take an oath to defend the Constitution then turn around and say its the Supreme Court’s job.
The first step a Governor can take to defend the Constitution is refuse to sign a bill they feel is unconstitutional.
The first step a Legislator can take to defend the Constitution is refuse to vote for a bill they feel is unconstitutional.
The first step “We the People” can take to defend the Constitution is refuse to elect people who can’t or won’t adhere to the above.
