We do know that SCOTUS has ruled that where politics is concerned money is synonymous with speech. In other words, control of the flow of money into and out of political entities is contrary to the First Amendment.
Just like control of guns is contrary to the Second.
Yet the same people can’t seem to resist tinkering with either.
