The Fourth Circuit found Wednesday that a federal regulation prohibiting the commercial sale of handguns to those under 21 is constitutionally valid, despite efforts by a group of 18 to 20-year-olds who say they should be able to buy handguns. [More]
“Federal”?
Bondi’s DOJ hasn’t thrown in the towel? Why not?
And I see the DSM is still putting “Reagan appointed” in front of that f_ing treasonous judicial dotard Harvie Wilkinson’s name, as if that somehow makes everything appear “bipartisan”…

You may want to save this one as another regular to use whenever Judges pull something out of their posteriors. A song parody called, “Appointed Forever”.

Love it.
Now THAT is a hoot!
Ever notice that the best comedy always has a core element of truth?
Two things the lame stream press cannot stop themselves from doing.
1. Telling us how much money a candidate has collected, as if money can buy votes. Mine isn’t for sale.
2. Telling us which president appointed a particular judge, as if judges always decide cases in a way that could be predicted by who nominated them for office. Even the most cursory inspection of just about any judge’s record would round file that idea. But since when do the current crop of “journalists” check the background of their stories?
I dunno– I do that.
Then again, I also point out how definitive questions are never asked nor answered in the advise and consent “job interview.”
But aren’t you “just a blogger?”
😉
But isn’t interesting how a Dem appointed judge, we can all pretty much guess how they’ll rule but a GOP appointed judge is often up in the air? Like Roberts, Gorsuch, Barrett, Kavenaugh, all being the most famous examples.
Let’s face it, the reason Bondi hasn’t thrown in the towel is as you always say, the Trump admin is “bi polar” on 2A.
