Sore Loser

I am disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. Colorado should be able to bar oath-breaking insurrections from our ballot. [More]

What you ought to be is embarrassed that even your own side proves you to be a childish and incompetent partisan hack tampering with adult things you don’t understand.

But then, we already knew that.

Lady, did you even read the opinion? Or a synopsis, summary, or anything?

The Supreme Court “stripped” states of nothing; the authority to enforce Section 3 lies solely in Congress. They can’t “strip” the states of authority the states never had to begin with. (Kind of like the authority to ban guns, eh?)

Now, how’s that case in Cook County/Chicago going, in which the judge ruled that Illinois CAN ban Trump from the ballot (banking on SCOTUS siding with Colorado)? I haven’t heard anything about it since the decision was announced.
