Sounds Like They’ve Decided on a Verdict

73-Year-Old Arizona Rancher Charged with First-Degree Murder For Fatally Shooting Illegal Alien on His Property – Held on $1 Million Bond [More]

If “investigators were still trying to clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident, as well as establish a motive,” how can he be charged with anything?

I wonder if he knows enough to not say anything without a lawyer. Talking to the media about his wife makes me wonder.

  1. More lawfare…the use of the legal system as a weapon. The message being sent is to leave the invaders alone and allow them to invade unmolested. The rancher will probably be found not guilty but since the process is the punishment he will end up bankrupt and crushed by the trial. He will lose his ranch and end up destitute. And THAT is the purpose of charging him. To tell anyone else inclined to stop criminal invaders what will happen to them. The people in power HATE us an want us dead so they can replace us with politically compliant brown people.

      1. Kino Springs is in Pima County, the seat of which is Tucson, which has always been the bluest place in Arizona.
