Venezuelans are the second largest ethnic group in the county, second only to Cubans. The political tensions between the two groups are epic. Add into the mix that we have sizable populations from just about every country “south of the border.” Let us just say that while most of them speak Spanish as their primary language, and to us gringos seem to all be Cubans, they really don’t like each other.
