GOA sent out a clarifying email in re yesterday’s post.
The email I was responding to said this:

I’m guilty of not reading things more carefully. In way of excuse-making, the appeal I responded to a few days back generated an email, and that’s where my head was still at when I got this new one.
Anyway, I called the number– twice, because each time it said to complete the call I had to press two digits and both times it disconnected me without allowing me to speak to anyone or leave a message.
Might I suggest another way that will not only make sure the message is delivered but also shows others how they can join in?
