Correct. He doesn’t get to just deny this with the equivalent of “That’s not what I meant.”
Calling out Trump for supposed “demonization of Latinos” (unsubstantiated, at that), and calling Trump supporters trash, are not at all the same thing. He didn’t start off saying one thing and get lost and say something else. He addressed that remark directly to Trump’s supporters.
There’s no mistake there.

The legacy media knows that Puerto Rico has a waste management, i.e. “garbage” problem. They’ve reported on it before.
The island only has 3 landfill area and they are near capacity with Hurricane debris and they apparently can’t site a new one.
