Police officers are paid to work through dilemmas to the goal of protecting citizens’ rights. It’s not all sirens, high-speed chases, and donuts.
What new dilemma?
I mean, call me crazy, but if it were me, as long as a gun isn’t being waved around or being used to assault or threaten, I’d just be treating openly-armed people the same as I treat people who presumably aren’t armed. Y’know, just like I always have when I talk with openly-armed people.
Then again, I haven’t had all that super-human “Only Ones” training, so what do I know?
