  1. Expect that multiple agencies have multiple permissions to access other agencies’ databases without restriction, to fuse those data points with their own in house efforts.
    This instance just somehow popped up and has been publicly disavowed for publicity purposes. Thank goodness we’re all more protected under rules of law, privacy of personal data, freedom to travel unmolested…ad infinitum.
    What the hell did folks think ‘fusion centers’ were about?
    Take a knee, repeat after me, “we are free”.
