Re Cherokee; not just resisting but ‘obstructing’ and ‘delaying’! What else can they hang on the guy they darn near killed?
Pick it up? Be like Randy Weaver and don’t even let it in the door!
I’d pick up the foul thing and put it in a bucket it can’t get out of, see through, or listen through. Then I’d snap the lid down tight. Maybe put it in a back room or basement, maybe the bathroom. I would NOT appear at te front door holding their trash.
