I’m sure that guy is an ‘operator’ with two whole weeks of training , so of course I will believe what he says rather than my own lying eyes.
It’s well-established law (I believe both Mark W. Smith and the Civil Rights Lawyer have both covered this, multiple times each) that obstruction cannot exist where there’s no reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime.
IOW, if they can’t tell him what crime they reasonably suspect him of committing, then he can’t be obstructing the investigation that shouldn’t be happening in the first place.
These days our “law enforcement” folks are operating under slightly different rules.
