One of my son’s co workers told his kids to stay down stairs because he had to go upstairs to deal with a monster. Then he went upstairs and shot his wife and himself dead with his service weapon.
Its a tough job no matter how you slice it. None of them retire without some significant psychological changes. My brother retired after twenty years. He’s still messed up fifteen years later. He says his wife is the only thing that keeps him alive. Some of them don’t make to retirement.

Still four suicides in six weeks is a bit out of the ordinary. Sounds like that department has stuff that needs fixing.
Maybe they are ‘stressed’ because they Know Damn Well that they are nothing but the thugpig enforcers for a Corrupt, Constitution-Ignoring, run-by-pedophiles ‘government’? That they are no better than the ‘Stasi’ in communist countries?
