Yesterday’s News

I need a day for more complete and definitive results to come in and to absorb what I think this means. Also, I need to finish raking leaves.

I hope no frustrated low-hanging fruit does anything stupid.

  1. Hmm. Funny how the states with actually secure elections like Florida resulted in a complete democrat collapse. But the states where the democrats were able to ‘fortify’ the elections magically had huge waves of late day votes with only have the national democrat candidates filed in. Just like we saw in 2020.

Hmm. That’s a mystery how that keeps happening.

  2. I don’t know why anyone is surprised at the GOP’s lackluster performance last night. The GOP LOVES being the minority party; it allows them to talk like a bunch of tough guys without having to actually do anything. This was never more obvious than when Trump was in office. They had 2 years of unfettered control of government. Instead of accomplishing the things that needed doing, they wasted time and money undermining Trump.

Now? Now they simply underfunded the pro-Trump candidates and ignored the pro-Trump incumbents. The Eastablishment GOP are a bunch of paper tigers. Always have been. Until McConnell and his ilk can be swept from power to make room for younger, more vital people, the GOP will always be to the Democrats what The Washington Generals were to The Harlem Globetrotters: perpetual losers.

  3. Itwill take a day or more to learn which GOP candidates were able to beat the “margin of cheat”. I don’t believe it will be many of them. In AZ Kari Lake polled 10 plus points ahead of the Demonrat. Today the race is “too close to call”.

  4. I think even the lowest-hanging fruit realize that elections of all things are not worth flying off the handle over.

      1. Your problem, David, is that you don’t have the Heart of an Armed Patriot like the rest of us.

    This is Solid Advice.
    And IS KEY.
