  2. I knew someone who was an apprentice machinist in Germany. Apprentices were given a block of metal, a file and a blueprint and told to make the object defined by the blueprint.
    Is DHS monitoring the owners of files? Drill presses? Lathes? Hacksaws? The assassination of former Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe with a crude handmade double barrel shotgun held together with tape and improvised ammunition should demonstrate the waste of effort which is paid for with your tax money.
