  1. Does this mean that if we non-police are involved in a self-defense shooting, we’re allowed to justify it after-the-fact by poring over the other guy’s social media? Our actions are no longer limited — or judged — by what we knew or should have known at the time?

    ‘Cuz that’s the precedent they seem to be setting.
