  1. One of my neighbors was getting rather loud about the proposed (in 1987) bill creating a “shall issue” process for concealed carry of weapons in Florida. He was concerned that one of his neighbors would shoot him dead.

    The police lieutenant leading the meeting asked him what had he been doing to his neighbors that would make them want him dead.

    Time for New Yorkers to be asking themselves similar questions.
