But they can just get their toy judges to make self-defense illegal, as they have done many times in the recent past.
Was this not already settled in Caetano v. Massachusett? Did that decision not apply to all the states?
The cognitive dissonance to:
1. Say that guns are bad because too many people are getting killed, and
2. Prohibit the carry and use of “less-lethal” defensive arms…
… at the same time.
Once again, it’s not about the guns. It’s about the control. They want you defenseless and unable to resist.
And as has been said, only someone who intends some future action they know will be resisted, would work so hard to render you unable to resist.
