I’m not running for office and probably never will yet I have opinions on those topics and others RKBA related and am prepared to discuss them at the drop of a hat.
Further, I believe anyone asking for gun owners’ support for office should be at least as prepared as I am, if not more.
The world is full of people quite prepared to just clear whatever bar we set for them in order to secure our votes. We let them get away with that. And that is Bullsh!t as well.
We should be prepared to demand, and they should be prepared to meet our demands, that they not only clear the bar we set for them, but be prepared to also clear the bar set for them by the Founders and our founding documents.
And to be clear, that should be the minimum acceptable performance.
