  1. The all encompassing federal image/bio/etc. data bank fits the tech bro Larry Ellison’s mantra that we’ll all behave ourselves if we know we’re under constant surveillance. Noting that AI is being sold as the salvation of mankind via rapid expansion of knowledge, I’ll suggest its ultimate predominant use will be that constant surveillance regime.
