  1. It’s like he thinks “violence” is a spectral being — like the “Not Me” ghost from the Family Circus — that is supposed to visit all neighborhoods without favoritism. Because it has nothing at all to do with the people IN those neighborhoods, does it?

  2. They.re going to have to up their game if they want to keep up (down?) with Chicago.

    Funny thing, as the good reverend mentions, it’s rarely an entire metro area that implodes. Its just certain neighborhoods.
