The analogy of undocumented immigrants to British loyalists is interesting. If a law-abiding, former enemy of the state could possess a firearm, an undocumented, but otherwise law-abiding, immigrant seems less extreme in comparison. [More]
He’s not “otherwise law-abiding.” He is an invader in possession during the commission of a crime.
The Obama judge is doing this on purpose to undermine Bruen.

thing one:
“immigrant” means someoneT who has dealt with all the paperwork and is lafully present here with government’s permission. This guy is NOT an immigrant. One is either a citizen, immigrant (WITH paperwork in place), visitor/tourist, an unlawful foreign invader., or a combatant invader.
thing two
recall that our right to arms comes from God, and is NOT subject to government approval under law (reallity somehow seems to be different, a work iin progress to fix). Remember, t the time our forbears made use of their natural God-given right to arms, this place was sill Britain. That was long before the COnstitution and Arricls of Ammndment were even drafted. Power and shot still were in play to secure our liberties. NO ONE at that poit was a US Citizen, as the US did not yet exist.
Bruen must hold that there was no crime for simple possession of that firear. NOW someone could make a case that his purchase was innegal as it certainly did not involve a BGC. Fair enough, but Bruen would hold that is not a crime. No such law back in 1789 or whenever.
SO we’ve wasted a boatload of tax money to convict, appeal, find not guilty.
Gooing forward, any undocumented foreign invader caughtin possessio of a firarm should simly have the gun confiscated aloinig with himself, and buy a cheap steerage class ticket on the next airplane bound for wherever he is from. Game over, dine deal, wrapped up and tied tigh. Prosecuting this guy was a mistake. Get a full make on the guy, send back to from where he came and look for the next one. Hmm.. might even be a fun game to see how many undocs will bite at a free or low cost firearm… at which point the government supplier of that arm would quietly detain the guy, then up up and away with him.
Of course I freely admit this plan does include a fatal flaw: if the Feds wanted them gone they would not even BE here. And at this point only the Feds can lawfully deport anyone.
