Apparently that piece of shit politician never read nor heard of the 2nd Amendment. The President DOES NOT in fact have the power to ban a rifle, any rifle, certainly not the venerable Armalite. As a matter of fact and discourse, NONE OF THEM have the power, as it was given to us by our creator, and ahem, shall not be infringed.
If any politician were really serious about fighting crime they would be sending the National Guard to places like Chicago, Baltimore, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and yes, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and all you creatures in between, into Washington D.C.
Long arms, of all types, “assault weapons” included, are involved in something like 3% of crime. Many, if not most, of firearms branded as “assault weapons” are not AR15s. So by definition, AR15s can only be a fraction of a fraction of that 3%. Why would any serious person suggest we “fight” a problem by addressing less than 3% of it?
The most obvious answer is that those on America’s Left are not serious about fighting crime.
Right… plus, he whines that Trump needs to outlaw Glock switches, which are already illegal. This guy is such a fount of wisdom, no wonder Baltimore is a paradise.
