Stalled 2A Bills Need Your Support [More]
Say everybody floods the switchboards and the bills make it out of committee. Then what?
- H.R. 404: Hearing Protection Act: 2% chance of being enacted
- H.R. 2395: SHORT Act: 0% chance of being enacted
I see the 2A blogosphere and guntubers mobilizing on this while actual doable priorities remain ignored and mostly unknown. I’d say at least it will help flush out committee RINOs, but then have to ask what gun owners will do about it, because they all seem to flourish with impunity.

I miss Larry’s leadership.
We’re often tasked with promoting legislation that has no chance of enactment. Do-able initiatives wither away or don’t see the light of day.
To the benefit of the fund raising 2A ‘advocates’ and our opponents in gov. of course.
The strategies of diversion and deflection are applied to most all liberty oriented issues, not just 2A.

HR404 also has a fatal flaw… it prohibits states from registering or taxing cans but not simply PROHIBITING them.
