Painted into a Corner

Somebody may want to send him this.

As for “the original public meaning of ‘Arms’ excludes bullet-storage containers lke LCMs,” does anyone have a quick link to that brief? I’d like to check and see if the “expert” definition they’re relying on invalidates New Jersey’s “bump stock” ban.

  1. If true, they shouldn’t have any trouble citing the historical legal documents that said so. The equivalent would have been a powder horn and shot pouch. The Second Amendment doesn’t include either explicitly, but doesn’t exclude them either.

Once again, they’re insisting that the the Second Amendment says what they wish it said. Perhaps their brains have been addled by too many hours double checking the number and placement of commas.
