The Austin, Texas-based Liberty Justice Center on Jan. 7 filed a lawsuit on behalf of two truck drivers against the state of Minnesota, arguing that the state’s failure to recognize other states’ firearm permits violates the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. The city has real problems and the idiot Democrats in charge squander resources on diktats they know are illegal.
How is that not actionable malfeasance?
A public servant commits an offense who, with intent to obtain a benefit or to harm another, intentionally or knowingly:
(1) Commits an act relating to the public servant’s office or employment that constitutes an unauthorized exercise of official power;
(2) Commits an act under color of office or employment that exceeds the public servant’s official power;
It’s not enough to have to expend resources to kick these bastards’ crap back at them after months and years of court delays. Start making them personally accountable.
Why not follow up this preemptive strike with carpet bombing?

Whether we’re talking about 2 minutes to register to vote or 10 or more minutes or even 30 minutes to vote these are a drop in the bucket compared to the months and months and months that some Americans in anti-gun jurisdictions have to wait to be able to get their carry permit to exercise their Second Amendment right… [Watch]
