Just Imagine

…Imagine not knowing who among us us carrying a hidden, loaded gun…” [Watch]

Yeah, that’s kind of the point, and we don’t have to imagine: The public doesn’t “know” in every state of the union that has some kind of permit, and in 29 states that recognize permitless carry.

What Nick and Everytown are saying is they want everywhere, in every town, to be a “gun-free zone,” where the only “legal” arms are borne by violence monopoly enforcers and the rest by criminals and terrorists. It’s not just reciprocity they oppose — it’s ALL carry, and they’re counting on the herbivores dumb enough to follow them to also be too dumb to see they’re once more allowing themselves to be swindled out of their rights.

Imagine places where that is so… OK, not there but here… well, anyway, imagine being in such a place and then ask yourself how much good “anti-gun male” Nick Suplina would be at protecting his family or himself, and why he demands imposing that wretched impotence on men and women who can.

This.

Because “Only Ones” are so much better than We the People in so many ways. But it does kinda make you wonder what they meant by that oath, and how many thought it was just a ceremonial formality.

The weight of the badge, eh, George?

Back the blue that won’t back you?

Since when do we ask the help how many horses and hounds we can own?

How about REPEAL LEOSA and put these uppity thugs back in their place?

Great. So do I.

But there are some concerns about how he’s going about the “cleanup” that a few of us are concerned about that his apologists are dismissing as the gripes of disgruntled naysayers who only focus on the bad and ignore everything good he’s done.

I’m working on something to address all that.

A Rude Awakening

Let’s contact General Miyares and politely let him know that you are greatly disappointed in him for not signing on to the national concealed carry reciprocity letter that twenty-four other attorneys general sent to Congress. [More]

Either that or you could do it very publicly, and in no uncertain terms let him know he needs you more than you need him.
