  1. When you “vet” someone, I would assume you start by verifying their identity then cross check that against records held in various government databases.

    How do you do that when there are no records and/or no government to supply them?

  2. Also, of course, immigration is a regulated privilege, while individual gun ownership is an enumerated right.

    The collectivists will do everything they can to “vice-versa” that sentence.
