The Gestapo people are all gone, but I bet some of the younger Stasi people are still around to head up this particularly Germanic initiative. And they can get lots of “migrants” from places like Afghanistan and Syria as their foot soldiers who know what needs to be done from personal experience.
They don’t need to. Germany has had a sizable minority of Turks they imported to fill up the labor pool after WWII. Those Turks now brag that there are places in Germany that they control.
