I, too, hope it happens before the election.
After is a given. If Joe wins, the Leftists activists will see it as permission to engage in chaos and destruction, knowing they face few consequences (while those who stand against them will face severe consequences).
If Trump wins, they’ll see it as a duty to engage in chaos and destruction to “tear it all down” and punish anyone they think might have voted for Trump (and will still face few consequences).
I live just down the street from University of Miami’s campus.
Not a peep so far. No idea why not. OTOH, the university’s “campus cops” are actually sworn Coral Gables police officers in university provided and marked cars. So there would be no need for university administrators to ask the city to send in some real cops. They’re already on campus. Coral Gables is a remarkably low crime city compared to others of similar size. Could be a connection?
