Texas Gun Owners Turn On Cornyn, Petition Trump Not To Endorse His Re-Election [More]

I’d say it was Cornyn who turned on them.

Anybody gonna tell NRA?

  1. Though I retain NRA membership their endorsements and recommendations ceased to influence me in the mid-80s.
Came to Texas when Phil Gramm and Lord Bentsen held the Senate chairs. Waited out Krueger and gave up on KBH.
Cornyn as AG was little more than a chair warmer and then he moved on up.
Time for him to move on out.
May turn out that Paxton is the least bad choice; lots of baggage there, but what do I know…though once in a while an acquaintance might ask my take on policy and politicians, figuring I pay more attention (too much per the lady of the house).
Texas though, gives the state level legislature Ds more effectiveness than deserved as the Rs in Austin sidle up to and bump uglies with those vermin.
Trust few, observe and verify actions of all. For as long as you live in our ‘free republic’.
    Onward

  2. Paraphrasing “Jimmy” Carter, if supporting 2A was illegal, would there be enough evidence to convict Cornyn in a court of law?
