“If you don’t let they transition, they’ll kill you” is just a cheap twist on the debunked lie, “If you don’t let them transition, they’ll kill themselves.” The truth is that if there is homicidal ideation, the transition process at best delays it, it doesn’t sublimate it. Eventually, the subject realizes that whatever his problem was, transitioning didn’t cure it, and then the derangement plays out anyway.
