We’re the Only Ones Ice-Breaking Enough

Minneapolis Police Chief Warns Officers ‘They’ll Be Fired’ if They Do Not Stop ICE’s ‘Unlawful Force [More]

Maybe they can get advice on how to recognize it from Mohammed Noor.

Gun-grabber Brian O’Hara posing as a defender of rights is par for the gaslighting course. What he’s doing here sounds justified and reasonable to anyone who takes it at face value, but he knows exactly what he’s doing — setting up officers to have their bias trigger interference and create exploitable headlines, not to mention danger to all-in harm’s way. He’s hoping that will cause hesitancy uncertainty, and unwillingness. And if a pawn gets taken off the board, well…

The ICE PTB had best be ensuring their troops have bulletproof protocols and things going sideways scenarios drilled into them.

  1. Neither ICE or Border Patrol have the training needed to counter these situations.
Sadly. I have watched the reactions of the officers to the ‘protests’ and they are lacking.

  2. My wife used to work with several member of a family group of Jews from the former Soviet Republic of Uzbekistan. One of the younger family members once told me that she spoke fluent Hebrew, but that is wasn’t the Hebrew that everyone else spoke.

I think about that conversation whenever coming across Americans who claim loudly that they know their rights (most don’t) or firmly support the Constitution and what we call the Bill of Rights. But if you spend any time talking to them about their beliefs on those subjects you often don’t get very far before you realize, they’re not all that knowledgeable about what the Founders intended, on either subject area. Not even those who swore an oath to protect same.

For example, if they think that RKBA was granted to us by the Federal Government through the text of the Second Amendment, and/or that it has more than a trifling connection with sporting goods, then in a fashion similar to our friend’s “fluent Hebrew”, they’re speaking about some second amendment, but not the Second Amendment that the Founders wrote, debated, and saw ratified by the states.

  3. Your software didn’t give me the “Your comment is awaiting moderation” as it sometimes does. So I resubmitted it again expecting to see “Duplicate comment detected”, but I didn’t get that either.

So…… 3 copies. No one needs to read all three, they all have the same content.

    1. For some reason you are one of the only ones who routinely gets relegated by the system to spam– no idea why. I go in several times day to see if anybody is left hanging, to delete Russian spam and to decide whether or not approving off-topic comments linking to “black” and “gay” porn is really in anybody’s interest around here…that and to see who really likes me.

  4. And if ICE arrives and presents a warrant signed by a judge, is it still “unlawful force”?

Helluva choice: Be fired for “not stopping ICE”, or be arrested for obstructing federal officers executing a warrant.

Has anyone asked the police unions if they’re OK with their members being subjected to this?
