  1. The 5th Amendment is like the 2nd. Clear, succinct and straightforward. The criminals in power don’t like that. So they simply ignore these Amendments when possible and when they can’t they obfuscate and contort the language of these Amendments seeking to achieve their goals…which is to enslave us.
    This really isn’t complicated. And occasionally a court understands this and makes the correct decision.
    I’m sure the power mongers will simply ignore this like they do any legal decision they don’t like.
