  1. “Arrested and charged with resisting arrest”

Good luck making that one stick, “deputy”.

IANAL, but as I understand it, she cannot be arrested just for “resisting arrest”. It’s an add-on charge; she must be arrested and charged with another crime before “resisting arrest” is a valid charge. It would be like getting charged for having a firearm during the commission of a felony, but with no felony charge (so you had a firearm while doing what, now? lawful activity?).

On top of that, the arrest was unlawful; she has no duty to comply with an unlawful kidnapping, even if the kidnapper is wearing a badge. The “Fauxnly Ones” files could come in handy here.

  2. I don’t care who you are or how many badges you’re wearing; if you force your way into my home without a warrant and assault/batter any of my family members, you’ll be leaving in a bag with a zipper on the side.
I hope that lowlife gets fired and goes to jail for a ten-year minimum.

  3. This seems to be a constant in heavily gun-controlled communist-occupied territories in the U.S., the police become heavy-handed against the citizenry.
