I doubt the AtG himself actually has access. Each Sheriff has the keys to his county’s database of info, which is why FBI are wanting to target each sheriff.
Of course, we ALL know if “constittutinioinal or “second ammendment’ carry were the law of the land, there would BE no such information stored. One would do just as well going to each county to get records of live births in that county.
SINCE the State of Missouri does have the Mother May I Card system in place, the records DO exist. That’s not the Sheriff’s nor the AtG’s call. Who ELSE gets to have a looksee at them IS their business, and they are, so far, standing strong against Uncle Stupid.
