I’m along time Nevada resident. The state doesn’t give a rats ass about individual rights. It’s far more concerned with satisfying casinos, big business and unions. The biennial state legislative session is just beginning and the new governor is a dyed in the wool LEO… the former Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo. You can bet the farm a massive push for badgemonkey immunity will be attempted this session.

Cops should be sued for violating rights…….and sheriffs should be sued and jailed for violating the constitution.

The sheriffs are a key to ending gun control. The sheriff is the top law enforcement official in every county. If the sheriffs stood for criminal control instead of citizen control things would be different. If the sheriffs said there will be no gun control, there would be none. Either they endorse it, they use it for selective enforcement or they are just as corrupt and tyrannical as your alleged “representative”.

The sheriff in Every county has the power to uphold the constitution and void gun control. The sheriff has the power to order the police chiefs and all law enforcement in Their county to not enforce unconstitutional regulations. Further, the sheriffs have the power TO ARREST EVERY OATH VIOLATING “representative” in their county for violation of their sworn oath to defend the constitution and for committing treason against it.

In Marbury v Madison the Supremes ruled that “any law repugnant to the constitution is void”. The law is clear. Your sheriff / ALL SHERIFFS should be defending the constitution on YOUR behalf.

Where the F’ are they?????

I maintained a WogRoll at the old Blogspot place predicated on reciprocity with like-minded RKBA-related sites. Truth be told, I never got much in terms of site visits to make the effort worth the time. I may try to do something again in the future, but for now, my hands are more than full trying to get a new site started.

Stagg, and that is somehow supposed to compromise my morality to force me to say nice things about products and services I don’t mean simply in exchange for filthy lucre. About “The Only Ones”

So named from a comment by DEA agent Lee Paige, who told a classroom full of kids he was “the only one” qualified to be armed and then promptly shot himself in the foot, the purpose of this feature has never been to bash cops. The only reason I do this is to amass a credible body of evidence to present when those who would deny our right to keep and bear arms use the argument that only government enforcers are professional and trained enough to do so safely and responsibly. And it’s also used to illustrate when those of official status, rank, or privilege, both in law enforcement and in some other government position, get special breaks not available to we commoners, particularly (but not exclusively) when they’re involved in gun-related incidents.
