  1. You know the old saying about how we won’t need the Second Amendment until they try to take it away?

    Same logic applies to so called “assault weapons.” We didn’t need them until Josh Sugarman, Bill Clinton, et. al. tried to take them away. Then all of a sudden Americans decided we needed them, and needed them quite a lot. The rifle Colt had trouble selling took off and companies couldn’t make them fast enough.

    That’s when I bought my first 5: i.e. 4 Rock River Arms RRA15s, one for each member of the family, and a Springfield Armory M1A just for general principles.
