When I saw the group’s name “SLADA”, I searched on that word expecting variations of the word “salad” or the tea brand “Salada”. Aside from the mundane pictures of lettuce or info on the “St. Louis Automobile Dealers Association”, Wiktionary.org tells me that “slada” is a variant of the Irish Gaelic noun and verb “slad” – plunder, pillage, spoil, loot, devastation, havoc, destroy – making “SLADA” an aptronym.
