We know what Amy will try to do on guns: You don’t get Everytown’s “Gun Sense Voter” endorsement unless you’re a rabid prohibitionist, and that doesn’t add up to her “lead[ing] Ohio with compassion for everybody and our future as normal people together.” And “On the Issues” says she “favors a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens.”
We know where that leads (unless you’re an idiot and/or embedded leftist).
I can understand sitting the race out– I’ve weighed the risks Vivek presents and frankly don’t see how I’ll feel good about my choice by either filling in the bubble or leaving it blank. In the end, th0ugh, he will have brought it all on himself.
I understand the enemy inside the gates is the more dangerous one, and nothing about the fecklessness of the Ohio Republican establishment surprises me. But I’m not seeing how endorsing an anti-gun / pro-illegal immigrant Democrat is the lesser of any evils.
Not one of these choices benefits 2A. Eliminate it fast or bleed it out slowly, dead no less and an Ohio gov’nor can claim hands are tied, it’s the feds.
No matter as to JD; Rubio will tap dance on his face come the ’28 primaries.
And Kamala the Fool will, with her court of conniving tyrants, take the helm.
