  1. The courts have already ruled in the past that the right to keep and bears arms is a God given right and does not depend on the second amendment/constitution for its existence. All the second amendment does is tell the government they cannot infringe on this pre-existing right. If they do, the covenant between the people and the government is broken and we can demand the government be changed to one that respects our inalienable rights. A quote by Thomas Jefferson about tyrants and patriots suddenly comes to mind. Also, the acronym FAFO seems an appropriate warning to gasbags like Melonballs.
