      1. Yeah, but those three are about customs and reporting the forfeiture.

        It was primarily about tax evasion and NFA.

        It shall be the duty of any officer, agent, or other person authorized by law to make seizures of merchandise or baggage subject to seizure for violation of the customs laws, to report every such seizure immediately to the appropriate customs officer for the district in which such violation occurred, and to turn over and deliver to such customs officer any vessel, vehicle, aircraft, merchandise, or baggage seized by him, and to report immediately to such customs officer every violation of the customs laws.

        Except as provided in clauses (ii) through (v), in any nonjudicial civil forfeiture proceeding under a civil forfeiture statute, with respect to which the Government is required to send written notice to interested parties, such notice shall be sent in a manner to achieve proper notice as soon as practicable, and in no case more than 60 days after the date of the seizure.

        28 C.F.R. Parts 8 and 9—
        After seizing property subject to administrative forfeiture, the appropriate official of the seizing agency shall select from the following options a means of publication reasonably calculated to notify potential claimants of the seizure and intent to forfeit and sell or otherwise dispose of the property:

  1. I see nothing to make me think these were “warrantless searches.” I see the list of items confiscated but I’m afraid this guy has no clue whether or not there were warrants. His claim of only 31 rounds being confiscated in MO is also incorrect. I call BS.

    1. Not only that, but the idiots that got their stuff confiscated were not intelligently playing the game. They had “full-auto sear pins”, home-made suppressors and short barreled shotguns. Stupid because you can have all these things legally if you just play the game. Possession is 9/10ths of the law. If you possess illegally, you are asking for trouble. Don’t be stupid. The government will come and take your breath away.

      Know how to make these items, but don’t make them….yet.
